    Outing Undertaking

    a) I have been informed by Gurukul Administration that it allows students to go out of Gurukul campus for a scheduled outing at own risk and liability (hereinafter referred to as the “Outing”).

    b) I don’t have any objection to Gurukul Administration permitting the Student to go out of the campus for Outing.

    c) I appreciate that Gurukul Administration will take all necessary precautions for the safety of the children during the Outing. However, I understand that it is not possible for Gurukul Administration to oversee all the Students outside the campus and thus, will not hold Gurukul Administration responsible for any loss, injury or untoward incident which may happen to the Student during the Outing.

    I hereby undertake and agree that I and my ward will not take any legal action and make any claim for compensation against Career Point Gurukul, Career Point and JBS Children Paradise School Management and/or its employees, in respect of any loss or injury to property or person during the course of the stay of my ward in or outside the campus. And that if there is any dispute in relation or connection with this undertaking, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the Management Committee of Gurukul, whose decision shall be final and binding.

    Indemnity Bond

    In the event of any injury or harm or loss of life during the course of the stay of my ward in Gurukul, I shall not hold Career Point Gurukul, Career Point and JBS Children Paradise School Management or authorities responsible for the same. Also, I understand that 3 months notice needs to be given to the Gurukul Administration in case I wish to withdraw my child.

    Declaration

    I and my ward hereby declare that we have read and understood aforesaid Parents/Guardian undertaking, Outing undertaking, Indemnity Bond and all Rules and Regulations carefully and agree to abide by them.
